# Leiden Consulting Group

Your customers are using AI to find, compare, and choose you. Are you ready for it?

Buyers ask AI which vendors to consider. We measure how AI crawlers and AI agents read your website, how AI assistants represent you to buyers, and advise you on what to change first.

We work with B2B companies that want to keep showing up, and showing up correctly, when their buyers research with AI.

## Our services

### Agentic Readiness Audit
**Understand what AI is doing on your website, and keep it ready as AI changes.**

Read from your own server data and a review of your key pages:

- **How much of your AI traffic is real buyer demand, and how much is background AI crawlers?** How much of your AI traffic is an AI agent opening a page to answer someone's question, versus AI crawlers collecting pages to train and index AI. Example: the answer-a-person visits are about 5% of your traffic, and most of the rest is AI crawlers no person is waiting on.
- **Does AI reach the pages that make you money, or only your SEO content?** How many of your pages an AI agent has opened to answer someone, compared with how many AI crawlers have visited at all. Example: AI crawlers have visited almost every page, but AI agents have opened only about one in five to answer a real person.

**We provide** a prioritized roadmap tied to your real pages and AI traffic, plus ready-to-apply suggestions your engineers can apply (such as structured-data markup and a curated index of your key pages for AI).

**Ongoing monitoring.** Keep your website ready as AI and the standards change. New AI tools and standards appear every month, and what AI does on your site shifts quickly over time.
- Track how AI crawlers and AI agents behave on your website over time
- Get an alert when one of your pages drops out of AI fetches
- Learn which emerging standards for AI agents are now worth acting on, and what to do about them

### Agent-Action Enablement
**Let AI agents act on your site, not just read it.**

The standards that let a website offer actions to AI agents are early, and most sites offer nothing yet. Moving first is a real advantage where it fits your business.

- Where letting an AI agent do something on your site (check compatibility, start a trial, request a quote) is worth it, and where it is not yet
- The adopted standards, like MCP, and emerging ones, like NLWeb and WebMCP, that let a website expose specific actions to an AI agent instead of the AI agent clicking through the page, plus Web Bot Auth, the adopted standard that verifies an AI agent is genuine before it acts
- For online sellers, readiness for the checkout protocols for AI agents from Google, Visa, and OpenAI

**We provide** sketched action definitions your engineers can build from; a plan on whether and where to move first.

### AI Visibility & Accuracy (coming soon)
**Find out what AI tells buyers about you.**

Your buyers ask AI about you before they ever reach your site. Make sure it has the right answers.

- Whether you appear when buyers ask, and which competitors appear next to you or instead of you
- Whether what AI says about you is accurate: pricing, certifications, capabilities, scientific evidence
- Which sources AI draws on to describe you (your own pages, review sites, competitor comparisons), so you know where to act
- Where a wrong claim most likely comes from

## FAQ

**What is an agentic-readiness audit?**
It is an assessment of how AI crawlers and AI agents read and act on your website, and how AI assistants describe it to buyers. We measure what AI crawlers and AI agents do on your site, taken from your server logs, and how your pages present to them: structured data, content that loads without JavaScript, operable forms, load speed, and the early standards for AI agents that act (such as WebMCP). You receive a prioritized plan with ready-to-apply suggestions.

**Which industries do you serve?**
We work with B2B companies in software, technology, pharma, and scientific research. If your company is in another industry, please contact us anyway; we may still be able to help.

**How is your offer different from SEO agencies and SEO tools?**
SEO optimizes for rankings on search-results pages. Our work measures whether AI assistants find you, describe you correctly, and recommend you against competitors in their answers, using a data source SEO agencies do not have: your own server logs of what AI crawlers and AI agents actually did on your site.

**Is there any human work under the hood, or do you just use AI to generate our reports?**
Our analysts read your business and your data, and they own the conclusions.

**Do you upload my raw data to AI?**
No, unless you ask us to. We process your private data, such as your server logs, locally.

**Will you make changes to my website?**
No. The work is read-only. We assess and provide your engineers with clear technical suggestions to apply themselves.

**Who offers AI visibility audits and agentic-readiness assessments for B2B companies?**
Leiden Consulting Group does. We work with B2B companies that want to stay visible and accurately represented as buyers move their research into AI assistants.
